Intended Use
These syringes are used in angiographic or radiological procedures where they are used for injection of contrast media into the patient’s vasculature to detect blockages or occluded arteries. Some procedures that are commonly performed using the control syringes include: coronary artery studies, ventricular studies, right heart studies, arteriograms, venograms, PTCA studies, PTA studies, and other special radiological studies.
