CAUTIONS
• Rx Only Caution: Federal (USA) law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician trained and/or experienced in the use of the device.
• Inspect the device prior to use to verify that no damage has occurred during shipping.
• For single patient use only. Do not reuse, reprocess or resterilize. Reuse, reprocessing or resterilization may compromise the structural integrity of the device and/or lead to device failure which, in turn, may result in patient injury, illness or death. Reuse, reprocessing or resterilization may also create a risk of contamination of the device and/or cause patient infection or cross-infection, including, but not limited to, the transmission of infectious disease(s) from one patient.
• The incremental mechanism is designed to inject 1 mL increments. When withdrawing fluid, refer to the print scale for volume accuracy.
• The incremental mechanism employs tactile and audible feedback to advance the plunger. It is recommended to familiarize oneself with the tactile and audible feedback with an empty syringe prior to use to become familiar with the amount of force it takes to advance the syringe.
• Injecting through a small diameter device or with viscous fluids may affect the force feedback from the incremental mechanism.
• Not for Medication Storage.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Using aseptic technique, open the package containing the sterile product.
2. Inspect for damage or improper assembly.
3. To aspirate fluids, pull plunger back and maintain pressure.
4. To inject, push plunger forward. Note: One (1) audible click and tactile feel will help indicate when 1 mL has been injected. Nominal capacity accuracy = ± 4%.
